The PR-5D Multi-Function Riveting System combines multiple rivet applications in one versatile unit. The magnetic dies hold the rivets in place, making operation quick and easy. The arms and adapters quickly connect, to efficiently change operations. SMART features include a stop-and-go trigger for accuracy, force control and more.
The PR-5D, offers the following new features:
   - Ability to set force via onboard digital screen     display.
   - Data logging of rivet force and number of cycles.
   - Alarms can be set for service levels.
   - Data can be transferred via Bluetooth.

BENEFITS:

  • The Rivet Gun Ram will only retract when the specific set force that is required by OEM’s is reached.
  • Tool Force Value can be set to specific, digital value.
  • Measured Force is displayed as riveting process runs.
  • Quality Verification: System will check  that the final Force Value was reached.  “OK” or “Error” displayed and logged.
  • The trigger mechanism allows for exact positioning of rivets through step-by-step feathering...the ram will not retract if you release the trigger as you line up the rivets.  
  • Tool status, including Battery Level, Number of Cycles since servicing are displayed on integrated Digital Display.
  • The PR-5D is connected to the Pro Spot Knowledge Center for reporting and access to in depth training, instructional print and video modules.
